General
1.1 PA Timber Products reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and such changes will take affect when posted on this website. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions each time you use our website.
Privacy
2.1 PA Timber Products takes customer privacy very seriously please see our privacy policy for full details.
Prices
3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.
3.2 If you wish to alter a quote between order and manufacture a re-quote will be required as the price may change.
3.3 All prices are in GBP and once agreed are non negotiable.
Payment
4.1 All prices paid are in GBP and can be made in cash by cheque or bank transfer.
4.2 A 25% deposit is required at the point of order and the balance upon delivery/installation.
Cancellations
5.1 All sheds and summerhouses are built to order. It is not possible to cancel your order once the manufacturing process has begun.
Delivery & Installation
6.1 We deliver sheds and summerhouses Monday to Friday 9am-5pm anywhere in the North East. We can arrange for evening or weekend delivery at an additional cost.
Delays
7.1 We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the point of order. We will contact you 1 week before delivery/installation, should any unforeseen delay occur we will contact you immediately. We will do all we can to prevent the delay in the first instance but some delays are unavoidable. We will keep you informed of developments at all times.
Specification of goods
8.1 At the point of order we will discuss the size of your shed or summerhouse. The agreed size will be written on your order form and a picture of your building will be below that. We encourage you check this carefully as amendments can not be made with out incurring additional cost once the manufacture of the building has begun.
Guarantee
9.1 We provide a 12 month guarantee for every shed or summerhouse. This guarantee covers the cost of all labour and materials required to repair or replace and damaged or faulty parts. Our guarantee does not cover acts of god or damaged caused by yourself or others. We will also provide you with a fact sheet on how to look after your shed.
