All of our buildings are constructed from the following materials:

19x100mm Swedish Log cladding

22x125mm tongue & groove floor boards mounted on to 2×2 bearers and painted in bitumen to prevent rot

19x125mm tongue & groove roof boards

38x38mm planed & rounded framework

40kg heavy duty mineral felt

Glass is 4mm float

Paint is either Sikkens oil based or Sadolin acrylic based paints as these offer superior protection

For customers who require insulation we use kingspan either 25mm or 50mm depending on your choice of framework.

Manufactured from construction grade materials hand painted in the most durable paints and covered with a high grade mineral felt we believe that we sell the best quality sheds & summerhouses in the North East.

We offer a comprehensive range of standard sized buildings, available in either apex, pent or pitched roof design. You can then choose where you would like to place doors & windows. We offer a complimentary no obligation visit to your property to measure up, this visit is particularly important if any part of your building is going to pass through your house.

Building Regulations

We can provide you with Building Regulations information, however does not replace any professional advice given from the relevant local authority.

All of our buildings require a level, solid base of the correct size. We recommend concrete of flagstones bases are prepared. We offer a base service which includes a free estimate. It is also important that the area directly surrounding your chosen location is clear of debris to allow for access. Trees and hedgerows should also be trimmed back to ensure we can fit the roof of the building.

Once you are happy with your chosen shed we will require a 25% deposit to secure your order, the balance is due upon delivery once you are satisfied with the installed product.

Our timber buildings are constructed to an exceptional standard and we believe the paint system applied to the finshed products should be just as good. For this reason we use Sikkens oil based paint. They have created a translucent coating system that provides long lasting protection for the building whilst allowing you to see the grian of the timber enhancing its natural beauty. We also use Sadolin for those customers who prefer an opaque finish with a wide choice of colours to choose from you are sure to find the colour to suit your garden.

Because all of our products are made to order we find that we get requests for so many things it’s impossible to put them all on one list. If you have something in mind that is not on the list, just ask, I’m sure we can help you.

We are a small business with a team of three Joiners Paul, Dave & Jeff. They will construct your building from raw materials and then personally install it for you anywhere in the North east. This has always proved to be successful for us as no one knows the building as well as the Joiner who built. This process makes the installation seamless our sheds are usually installed within 1-2hrs, Summerhouses 2-4hrs and Offices are water tight with in 7hrs. We always arrange delivery at a time convenient to you between 8am & 4pm Monday to Friday. If these times are not suitable we will do our best to allocate a suitable delivery time.

Our doors opened in July 2010 with Paul & Clare designing, manufacturing and installing all of the products themselves. Soon the word was out and our business has continued to grow steadily. We were then joined by Dave & Jeff and they have great creativity and are constantly improving our sheds and summerhouses. Dave & Paul worked together for 10 years at John Potts Shed Centre in North Shields where they designed and built some of the North East’s finest sheds & summerhouses. We are so confident with our products, that they all come with a 12 month guarantee which includes all labour and materials should anything untoward occur. We very rarely have any call outs, when we do its usually for swollen doors, we will always attend to these. Most companies won’t plain these as timber is a natural product and it will swell and shrink at different times of the year. We promise that you will receive a first class service and that your shed or summerhouse will be delivered and installed to your satisfaction.
